Jefferson’s Very Small Batch Bourbon is a blend of our base Jefferson’s whiskey and up to three different hand selected Kentucky straight Bourbons of different ages and mash bills. We utilize Jefferson’s as the core of the bourbon to achieve consistency, and then blend in small batches of 25 barrels of less to deliver nuances of complexity, balance, and achieve a distinctive character.
