Engraving messages will be executed exactly as submitted. Images on website are not an exact representation of the final product. Font, placement and style of the personalization are subject to change and will vary by bottle. Emojis are not guaranteed to be supported and will be subject to fulfillment partner’s approval. Images such as clipart, photos or drawings cannot be engraved. Any profanity or hate speech will not be accepted and orders are subject to cancellation.

Please allow 10 business days for fulfillment as engraving products require additional time to prepare for shipment. Once fulfilled, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipment.

Engraved and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for returns. Refunds are eligible for incorrect items and based on Spirits Network fulfillment team discretion.

Images represent the intended product however, bottle designs, artwork, packaging and current batch release or proof may be updated from the producer without notice.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine and spirits. All deliveries require an adult signature and proof of age.

Unfortunately, due to laws/regulations we cannot deliver spirit/liquor products to any PO Box addresses or in some cases to all states, countries, or provinces. We will inform you of the specific states, countries, and provinces we cannot ship to once you provide your order’s shipping address information. You will not be able to complete your purchase of spirit/liquor products if you enter a PO Box or are in one of those locations.
