Hazelnut, citrus flowers, and lemon excite the senses. The aromas present themselves in the flavor, but with both brighter and deeper notes: think Asian pear and toffee. The brown butter hazelnut finish lingers. Modelled on Burgundy chardonnay, this elegant wine is mildly oaked.
