Elysabeth Vineyards Pinot Noir

Our Pinot Noir is a complex wine with characteristics that vary from vintage to vintage. It presents aromas of raspberry and cherry with subtle notes of mushrooms and forest floor. On the palate, it is bright with acidity and red fruits, finishing long and smooth. Because of its unique transparency, Pinot Noir offers a window into the terroir and vintage like no other wine we produce. While it pairs well with almost anything, poultry and pork are traditional companions.
