This 7 year old single malt commemorates the 7 hard years that St Kevin spent in the wild and the city of 7 churches he came to build at Glendalough. It was these 7 years that shaped his character and resulted in something special in Glendalough.
This single malt has also been shaped by 7 years and finished in porter barrels. The chocolate-malt porter brings this whiskey to incredible depths of toffee, cocoa, and dark chocolate-orange. We like it neat or with a little water or ice.
