Southside Spritz

Created for golf’s biggest stage, the Southside Spritz is Goslings’ bright, crowd-pleasing riff on a clubhouse classic, poured at the 2025 Ryder Cup and easy to recreate at home. Sparkling, zesty, and match-day ready.

Recipe
1½ oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
2 oz Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer
2 oz sparkling lemonade
1 mint sprig
1 lime wheel

Method
In a tall glass filled with ice, combine the lemonade and ginger beer.
Float the rum on top. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wheel.
