High West Bourbon (Formerly American Prairie)
High West Bourbon is a blend of two bourbons, one from Indiana and one from an undisclosed location. This blend of straight bourbons was orginially dubbed American Prairie Bourbon to help raise awareness of the American Prairie Reserve, a group working to create the largest wildlife reserve in the lower 48 states. A unique blend that offers great flavor and outstanding value.
Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon
If you’ve tried a bourbon before, you know that the flavor can be extremely varied. It’s not just the type of grain used, but also where it’s made and how long it’s aged. For example, many small batch bourbons are made with a mash bill (the mixture of grains used) that includes ingredients like wheat or rye to give them more character but a determining factor can be where those grains come from geographically. Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon is an example of this. The whiskey is made from a mash of corn and barley with a high-rye content for extra flavor complexity. It then ages in new charred oak barrels to give it its smooth taste.
