Take a tour of Tennessee Whiskey with this pack. If you’re unfamiliar, Tennessee Whiskey, similar to Bourbon, is aged in new charred oak barrels for at least two years but, most importantly, it is filtered through sugar maple charcoal before entering the cask. The result is a smooth full-bodied whiskey that’s slightly fruity with a hint of spice.

Uncle Nearest 1856 Tennessee Whiskey

Inspired by the best whiskey-maker the world never knew. Nathan “Nearest” Green who was African American and the distiller who taught Jack Daniel’s how to make whiskey, specifically through the sugar maple charcoal method confirmed to be brought to Tennessee by his enslaved ancestors. The brand includes a range of whiskies with various ages and blends, but 1856 Premium Whiskey is from their allotted older stock and bottled at 100 proof. All are mellowed using the Lincoln County Process, the unique filtering of process that made Tennessee Whiskey famous. Uncle Nearest is distilled, aged, bottled and hand labeled in Tennessee.

Jack Daniel’s Barrel Proof Single Barrel

The first cask strength whiskey offered by Jack Daniel’s is a bold one. These single barrel offerings clock in from 125 to 140 proof, and deliver layers of rich flavor with every proof point. To craft Barrel Proof, the same cave spring water from the Jack Daniel’s Hollow, proprietary yeast and charcoal-mellowing process that has been used in the distillery’s nearly 150-year-old Tennessee Whiskey recipe is used.

Chattanooga 111

Chattanooga Whiskey 111 Cask is the full-flavored, un-filtered whiskey that results from a single fermentation and a long maturation process. With the filtration process skipped and with Chattanooga Whiskey’s signature Tennessee High Malt recipe where there is a significant amount of malt used in the mash bill as a flavoring grain, this whiskey retains all the rich and round flavors.
