This Family Reserve Single Barrel was chosen in collaboration with Spirits Network and Winnfield Flynn in New York.
The mash bill is 64 percent corn, 24 percent rye, and 12 percent malted barley using proprietary yeast strains. Enter the cooper select, toasted and #4 char barrel aged at 4 Years 10 Months. All whiskeys are aged and matured onsite at the 168-acre campus inside any one of the six rick houses. Wilderness Trail has more than 100,000 barrels aging onsite.
